To do this, you’ll need to click on the Print Range button that will give you more options. Select Print Rangeįinally, you can select what slides you print. Then, select the Notes Pages options, which will display your notes underneath each slide. At the top of this page, you will see the Slide Layout section. To print PowerPoint with notes, you will need to go to the Slide options, which is in the same area that you access to change the number of slides on each page. You also have the option of adding notes when printing the presentation, which can be useful when giving a presentation, as you can use the notes section in which to write your script.
